1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed & tracking numbers are available within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your package is handed off to the carrier. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the tracking system to update from it's original status.

  • Expedited Shipping (if available)

  • International Shipping
    Estimated Delivery: 5–12 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Note: Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped. Delays due to customs, public holidays, or carrier service issues may affect delivery times.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard domestic shipping: Flat rate of $4.99 for orders under $50.

  • Expedited shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • International shipping: Flat rate of $4.99 for orders under $50.

Every order ships with a tracking number. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your package every step of the way.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • Include your order number and a brief description so we can assist promptly.

  • We’ll gladly initiate an investigation with the carrier to ensure you receive your order.
